Our Sauna is available for you at any time on the booking schedule.
(Please DO NOT bring non-members in after hours, even for the Sauna)
No cost to book, it’s included in your membership.
Non-members
Our Sauna is available for you during our public hours, as you won’t have access to enter MiGym outside of these times
Public hours are 9am – 6pm Mon – Thurs, 11am – 4pm Fri.
$40 per booking, you can bring a friend, please pay on arrival.
Christmas - New Years
Our team will be taking a very well deserved break Mon 22nd Dec – Sun 4th Jan.
During this time there will be no Sauna access, due to health and safety.
Bookings will be open from Monday 5th Jan.
Sauna ettiquette
So that everyone can enjoy this fantastic facility, we ask that all users follow this simple etiquette, thank you for your cooperation.
- Non-members must sign in at reception.
- Limit of 2 bookings per person in advance. Further bookings will be removed.
- Limit of one booking per person per day.
- Only 1 ladle of water on stones. The element will blow if too wet.
- No sprays or oils, the next person may not enjoy them.
- Bring a towel to sit on, it’s essential to avoid sweating on the wood.
- Sauna bookings are 40mins (incl. shower time). Please exit on time.
- Leave the door open when you exit.
- No smoking or intoxicated persons.
- Leave sauna immediately if you feel unwell.
- Elderly, pregnant, those suffering heart disease, high BP, diabetes or reduced physical/sensory/mental capacities are advised to seek medical clearance before using the sauna.
- Please keep noise levels down – we have physios hard at work next door.
