YOGA IN THE PARK starts next week!
This is a FREE event for everyone, all levels are welcome.
Hatha Yoga is a great way to unwind both your body and your mind, relieving muscle tension & stress and getting your body flowing they way it should. Beginners are welcome!
Every Friday 12:15pm from 27th Feb until 27th March, at NMIT Lawn (access off Hardy St)
Mats are not necessary, but if you wish you can bring your own or bring a towel, or purchase a mat there for just $20.
