Our Instructors are here to help you implement workouts that get results. Choose from Yoga, Spin, Pilates, BodyBalance, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, and Seniors classes. No experience needed, all welcome!
Personal Training
From starting off to focused training, we’ve got you covered. Functional movement, strength, weight loss, injury recovery, pilates and posture are just some of the specialty areas our trainers cover.
Sauna
Come in and zone out. Nelsons only steam sauna!
Available for non-members and free for members, our private bookings allow you to feel the benefits in peace and quiet.
